The game that I played and discussing is called Doom. It is a three-dimensional, survival, FPS game that revolves around the player going through corridors of demon-infested mazes and ultimately reaches the end of the game. There is also a multitude of enemies to get through with different art styles and abilities that they will use to stop you. There are even some that players would consider the bosses of the game but are just another obstacle that is in your way in reaching the endgame. But there are also a variety of weapons that can be found that will help you fight off the demons and getting through the maze.
The rules of the game are simple, the player has to go through the hordes of demons and reach the goal of the game if the player’s health reaches zero the game is over and the player has to start from the beginning. The game’s mechanics revolve around shooting at demons and advancing through the level. Across the level, there are numerous weapons that the player can collect and use against the demons. The ideological framework of the game was to be a survival FPS game that tests the players to go through the level on the type of platform that is on.
